Mirana offers free shipping on all domestic orders above Rs.999 of jewelry placed on our website. This policy is also applicable to all COD payments (if offered).
We at Mirana believe in 100% transparency, and we want to deliver exactly what we have committed to you. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort from our end to process your order as quickly as possible. We will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of your order. Subject to events beyond our control, the Product/s will be dispatched within 2-3 days of the acceptance of the order. After dispatch, it should get delivered at your doorstep within 6-8 business days.
We generally ship through the trusted courier companies like FirstFlight, BlueDart, FedEx etc. but we may use other services depending on factors like destination location coverage etc. In smaller cities where these carriers do not provide service, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days because of additional shipping time by other courier services.
We will communicate the dispatch details to you and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by you while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately notify us throughcare@miranajewels.com.
We will also send communication once the delivery is confirmed by the courier partner. Customer shall reach out to us within 2-3 days of delivery confirmation for any delivery related issue. After this period, we may not be liable for any non-delivery claims.
In some instances it takes longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be mentioned on the product detail page or will be communicated to the buyer; in all other cases the aforementioned free shipping policy applies. Under all other unavoidable circumstances which may cause delay, we shall update you to the contact modes provided by you.
You as a buyer have an obligation to forthwith check the product/s for damage upon receipt of the same. If the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to put a comment behind the receipt & contact us within 24 hrs. If the product/s are damaged, then please don’t sign the receipt & contact us immediately. Our liability for damaged goods ceases once you sign the delivery receipt without any comments.
International Shipping
We offer 2 types of international shipping services, Standard & Expedite Shipping. The option to select the service is available on the checkout page.

We will be able to provide the tracking numbers once the shipment goes in transit.
In case there are any applicable duties and taxes, these will be borne by the customer. We charge only for the shipping service and no other charges are covered. If you have any inquiries related to customs charges, kindly contact your local customs office as these vary from country to country.
